Forget all about Italian, French or Arabic coffee ambitions. The king of coffee is Vietnam. While being one of the largest rice producer of the world, Vietnam is also the biggest coffee bean producer of the world, and they are also doing quite well in roasting, brewing and consumption. It's hard to find a corner without a cafe or Starbucks style shop, which offers excellent coffee and coffee based drinks. However, while I'm trying to deal with this fancy feeling in my head due to my coffee obsession, myriads of scooters are cruising through the city. The scooters are one of the characteristics which might overwhelme you, once you have left the airport area. Like a school of fishes they drive around you as soon as you cross the street. A little bit like China, but way more relaxed, I started to like this city more and more (which might - to a large extend - but not at all be due to my coffee affinity).
